Khách hàng cần phải đặt cọc 10% giá base để có slot. (Nếu khách huỷ slot thì số tiền sẽ không được hoàn trả).

Mình có thể sẽ không rep khách nữa nếu mất quá nhiều thời gian ở khâu cọc.

Khách hàng cần có PSD tách lớp sẵn. Nếu chưa có thì mình vẫn sẽ hỗ trợ nhưng cần bàn bạc lại về giá.

Khách hàng sẽ có 3 lần chỉnh sửa cơ bản.

Thêm số lần chỉnh sửa mình sẽ phụ thu khoảng 20k-30k mỗi lượt.

Mình sẽ có quyền huỷ commisson trong trường hợp khách muốn remake. (Yêu cầu không giống với các trao đổi ban đầu).

Khi khách đã chốt final của sản phẩm thì sẽ thanh toán full sau đó mình sẽ gửi file.

Sản phẩm khi hoàn thành sẽ được gửi qua link Google Drive.

Khách cần phải tự sao lưu file của commission đã đặt vì mình có thể sẽ vô hiệu hoá link Google Drive một thời gian ngắn sau khi đã gửi cho khách.

Sau khi đã nhận thành phẩm, mình vẫn sẽ hỗ trợ cho khách các vấn đề ngoài lề, sửa lỗi,…

Mình sẽ có quyền sử dụng thành phẩm làm sample cho commission của mình.

Clients must pay a 10% deposit of the base price to secure a slot. (If the client cancels the slot, the deposit is non-refundable).

I may stop responding if too much time is spent at the deposit stage.

Clients must provide a PSD file with separated layers. If you don’t have one, I can assist, but the fee will be discussed separately.

Each commission includes up to 3 basic revisions.

Additional revisions will incur an extra fee of 20k–30k per revision.

I reserve the right to cancel the commission if the client requests a remake that deviates significantly from the original agreement.

Once the client approves the final product, the remaining payment must be completed in full. The final files will then be delivered.

Completed works will be sent via a Google Drive link.

Clients are responsible for backing up their files, as I may disable the Google Drive link shortly after delivery.

I will still provide support for minor issues, bug fixes, or related concerns even after delivery.

I reserve the right to use the completed works as samples for showcasing my commissions.
